Remote Design - Surgical Guide

This indication is for 3D2LIFE Design Studios, LLC Design services only.   The client may upload files here in .stl format, or by native scan file, or model file formats to Sirona Inlab, or 3Shape softwares.  We Guarantee service in 24 hours, and expedited services available at up charge.  Please see fee schedule for expedited services.  All designs are processed through Sirona Inlab or 3Shape Dental Systems software's.  3D2LIFE will choose the native application when possible, and if necessary will use an alternate software to fulfill the design.  Reasons may include but not limited to the following; Proprietary workflows, Available material choices, and Libraries.  Consult us by phone should you have any concerns about particular designs or workflows. 

Surgical Guide Workflow requires CBCT Data, Intra-oral scan, or pre-prepared surgical planning through native software.  If you are unsure of the protocol for your system please contact us to help fascilitate the process.  

Please include order data regarding which implant system is preferred.  At 3D2LIFE Design Studios, LLC the technician will select the implant size and length based on site location.  

3D2LIFE Design Studios, will submit design data through the DDX portal for approval.  Images, PDF drill protocol, surgical report, and .stl files may be submitted so that you can review all relevant data properly.  Should you need to see more, or have questions or concerns please reach out to us immediately.  Upon approval 3D2LIFE DS will acknowledge in the 3shape Implant Studio software to approve the surgical guide, and drill protocol and can no longer modify the design to maintain FDA compliance.  

The user by accepting final design files assumes responsibility for proper nesting of 3D Print or Milling procedures.  3D2LIFE DS cannot control machine output as it is dependent on proper usage, and machine and material quality.  Please contact your reseller or vendor for support should the device not produce a desireable outcome.
